If there is a machine that can accelerate the achievement of Net-Zero #Emissions instead of 2050 as agreed by world leaders or 2060 in Indonesia – then this machine that we build could be one of them. For the users, this machine can accelerate the achievement of the Net-Zero target long before the year is agreed upon. What machine is this?

We call it #FuzzyLogicReactor, to react something into something else. What’s the source that can be reacted? It can be any #VegetableOil, animal oil, and even #BioOil – which is actually not an oil but a liquid produced by fast pyrolysis of #biomass for instance.

What’s the reaction process? Named #FuzzyLogic Reactor because of the complexity of the materials & reactions that occur in them. This reactor will select & sort the material to be reacted with the appropriate reaction of the product to be produced. This reaction includes a combination of simultaneous reactions between cracking, decarbonylation, decarboxylation, hydrocracking, hydrodeoxygenation & hydrogenation.

What about the product? The product is #BioHydroCarbon with various shapes & sizes of carbon chains, which after being selected & sorted can be grouped into multiple types of fuels that we use daily, such as gasoline, diesel, #avtur, #LPG & #mazut – industrial/shipping oil – which everything is #renewable & carbon neutral.

From these feedstocks, processes & products, we feel confident that Net-Zero Emission can be achieved in the near future, which means that #AirPollution on earth can be suppressed & the process of #ClimateChange can be stopped, insyaa Allah.

Who will get benefit the most? The producers of #gasoline & #diesel cars because the cars can continue being produced with fuel that is even cleaner than electric cars for #NetEmissions. The managers of the fleet of vehicles, ships, and even aircraft & ride-sharing platforms can contribute to cleaning the air, not polluting it.

Energy-intensive industries can also start reducing their emissions. For anyone whose vehicle still uses gasoline or diesel – no need to worry, it’s cleaner than an electric car after using drop-in #biofuel (#CarbonNeutral), #D100 for diesel or #G100 for gasoline.

#EsseReactor | Easy Way to Make Low-Cost #Fuel

Previously the #FuzzyLogicReactor was introduced as our 1st patent technology, which is to process any #VegetableOil into drop-in #BioHydroCarbon fuels & this reactor is one step further. We named it #Esse Reactor, from the Corsica language which means ‘to be’.

Philosophy of this name is the process of occurring objects around us, all materials originally formed from energy. So with the right machines/tools & processes, all these materials can be broken down back into energy. And this is what the reactor does, mainly converting any #biomass back into #energy.

Since the change from biomass back to energy requires energy as well, intelligent machines/tools & processes are needed, then the energy produced is significantly greater than the energy required. This is the essence of our 2nd patent, which is an #Autothermal Reactor to decompose biomass into energy in the form of #BioOilusing internal energy from some biomass itself.

#SolidWaste is generally very cheap, and the fuel produced from it will also be very cheap. For example, 1 kg of #RiceHusk costs only about $0.60, even though it contains about 55% #HydroCarbon. However, because it requires energy for high heat processes & also requires upgrading with Fuzzy Logic Reactor to make it drop-in #Biofuels, it still takes 8 kg of husk to produce 1 liter of #BioGasoline or #GreenDiesel category. So the cost of feedstock is $0.60 x 8 = $4.80

After adding the costs of processing, management, distribution, logistics, profit margin, etc., we can still expect fuel prices to be in the range of IDR 5,000 – 7,500/liter by using the Esse & Fuzzy Reactor simultaneously.

The Esse Reactor converts biomass into Bio-Oil & the Fuzzy Reactor upgrades it to drop-in BioHydroCarbon fuels – we call it #BioLite (3rd patent), which clean & sustainable energy can be low cost aka cheap!

If the government was willing to subsidize with the same level of #subsidy given to current fuel, then this biomass fuel could fall for FREE! The government gets the credit points – in the form of accelerating the achievement of #NDC & #NetZero, and people get #FreeFuel! Win-win isn’t it?


In the world of #energy management, all stakeholders lose. People shout that #fuel is expensive & not always available in all regions, the government continues to increase the burden of subsidies, companies who manage fuels are suffering huge losses & environmental activists shout to reduce #emissions. Who get benefits in this situation? Normally, no one.

Whereas there are other ways to produce fuel that is #lowcost & #CarbonNeutral. Indeed, we need to think hard about this & it costs a lot of #RnD, but we’ve done most of them & only need to keep improving it from time to time.

In general, the process of making cheap & environmentally friendly fuel can be seen in the following illustration. First, the #feedstock must be very cheap or even FREE – municipal #SolidWaste is abundant in urban areas & #AgriculturalWaste in rural areas. On average, the waste contains >50% of its dry-weight #hydrocarbons & energy in the range of 15-22 MJ/kg.

The challenge was how to extract the energy content from the waste & our choice was to develop an autothermal #FastPyrolysis reactor which we named #EsseReactor. With the help of small solar energy to drive the air pump, then the reactor is heated with a small part of the #biomass itself – the rest biomass is converted into #BioOil.

The Bio-Oil is then further upgraded using #FuzzyLogicReactor with several reactions occurring simultaneously & the result is drop-in #Biofuels of various types. There are in the classes of #gasoline, #diesel, #avtur, #mazut, and even #LPG if you want. The biofuels produced will contain energy in the range of 40-45 MJ/kg. This upgrading process also requires energy, but it can be obtained from cheap & #ZeroEmissions sources such as #sunlight & #WasteHeat.

The first is the flexibility in the energy source to drive this micro turbine engine all heat sources that are generally not utilized can be converted into electricity by this machine in the form of heat waste sunlight that is evenly distributed throughout the world unprocessed biomass and other waste which is considered a liability now

Second Advantage, the Microturbine helps to convert various heat sources into electricity. In simple terms the process of converting heat to electricity without having to build massive infrastructure. 


Industry 0.0 on Energy: Distributed Renewable Energy

Global energy industry from 1.0 to 4.0 is still centralized & controlled by only few companies, development of country or region is very dependent on access to this energy.

In industry 0.0 energy must be accessible to everyone, wherever he is and in any condition that he lives on. The first engine that we designed to meet energy needs is now being trialed.

By using a machine that we call Esterification – Transesterification 100 liters (ETR100), people on islands & very remote areas can produce their own energy. Moreover, this Energy is sustainable because it’s processed from the sun & plants that are growing today, energy no longer has to be dredged from the bowels of earth.


Tamanu Tree (Calophyllum inophyllum) is an extraordinary tree. It can grow in the lowlands of 0 m from sea level on the shoreline to the medium plains up to 500 m above sea level. It can live in arid soils with 700 mm of rainfall to fertile soils with excessive rainfall. For centuries, this plant flourished in island countries especially along the equator. Traditionally the fruit is usually taken by the islanders for various skin remedies, and strong wood from the trees are used to make boats. The fruit of the Tamanu tree is the yield of a plant that is very effective at storing energy from photosynthesis, becoming an oil that can reach more than 70% of the dry weight of its kernel. More than half of the oil content can be processed cold press, while the rest will be effective when using a hot press.

The first press by cold press produces Extra Virgin Tamanu Oil which has the potential to become a raw material for industrial wellness. Learning from the island’s traditional wisdom for centuries, Extra Virgin Tamanu Oil will be able to easily become a raw material for the beauty industry, anti-aging, skin care, various types of cosmetics, etc.

The potential of Extra Virgin Tamanu Oil as a raw material for industrial wellness is inseparable from its content which is rich in health properties such as Oleic Acid or known as Omega-9, Linoleic Acid which is also known as Omega-6, Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid and others. The Hot press process the kernel of the Tamanu fruit seed produce Crude Tamanu Oil which can easily be processed into biofuels that do not compete with food. Its very high oil content makes Crude Tamanu Oil potentially a highly competitive third generation biofuel. The ease with which Tamanu’s plants grow in various types of land, and the ease of processing the flesh of the Tamanu fruit seeds makes this plant also suitable for the Corporate Social Responsibility project, impact investing project and various social movements that provide employment for the wider community.

Tamanu plants can also be cultivated as intensively managed industrial plants, the results will not even be inferior to biofuel producers that have been known in the market as the most effective producer of biodiesel such as palm oil. The yield of third generation biodiesel Tamanu plants can reach more than 5,000 liters per ha per year. The quality of biodiesel fuel from Tamanu is also not in doubt, it can easily meet fuel quality standards according to America, Europe and of course also Indonesian SNI. Fuel from Tamanu has even been used in World War II.

With all this potential, we have chosen this Tamanu plant as a plant that will produce sustainable renewable biofuels that do not compete with food. This plant will also make it possible to support Independent Energy Stations, Local Fuels and other projects, namely fuel produced and consumed in the same area so that in addition to green, carbon neutral is also very low carbon footprint in terms of transportation.

Unlike fossil fuels that are usually transported thousands of kilometers with expensive tankers, fuel from Tamanu, even if it has to be transported out of its production area – is simply sent in cheap sacks – and then processed into fuel in-situ, namely in the place of use or place of sale to end customers with a simple mini-plant that we call the Independent Energy Station.

Even in the era of electric vehicle, Crude Tamanu Oil remains our choice to produce the real green electricity. In Independent Energy Stations – Refer below video, only standard generator sets or Micro Turbine Generators are added, so the results will be in the form of truly sustainable green electricity. This will make even electric vehicles become greener because of it.
